Promoting Mental Wellbeing
A hallmark of Seventh-day Adventist theology is our belief in the wholeness of each person and the unity of mind, body, and soul. Despite this teaching, mental health has often been neglected as a church priority. We hope to see this change and for mental wellness to be at the forefront of our health message. Below you will find resources to help youth ministry leaders promote mental health awareness and wholeness in their own lives and those of their young people.
