Northern Ontario Regional Youth & ACF Retreat

The Northern Ontario Youth & ACF Retreat will be held September 26-28, 2025, in Wawa, ON! With the theme "Anchored: Rooted in Christ," the event is intended to be a combined, spiritual retreat for our Adventist students attending the public campuses in Northern Ontario, as well as youth and young adults who attend our local churches in the same region.

The keynote speaker is Pastor Kelvin Kublall, currently serving as the Bible teacher at the Crawford Adventist Academy in Toronto, ON, along with other guests and presenters for the weekend.

Registration is currently open for you and your young people. If you have teens, collegiate youth, or young adults (ages 13-35+) in your church or on your public campus, please have them register at the following link: https://forms.gle/uH2g5dGY1cLLrb5M8

The fee is reasonably priced at $55 CAN per person, and it includes food, accommodations, and material.

OASA Basketball Tournament

The second annual Ontario Adventist Sports Association (OASA) Basketball Tournament is being hosted at Crawford Adventist Academy. This event is part of the Seventh-day Adventist Sports League for the academy level. We are pleased to inform you that 6 of the 8 Adventist schools are confirmed to attend, including:

  • Crawford Main Campus

  • Grandview Adventist Academy

  • Ottawa Adventist Academy

  • Crawford Adventist Academy East Campus

  • Adventist Christian Elementary School (London)

  • Crawford Adventist Academy Peel Campus

SUMMIT INTENT:
To engage young adults at various transitions of life in activities to develop and sustain their spiritual walk with Christ; recognize their place in the church and community, and be influencers in their world.

SUMMIT FOUNDATION:
The Summit finds its foundation in the Young Adult Ministry goal of “Believe”. The ministry desires to encourage young adults to deepen their relationship with Christ.

Loma Linda University Seventh-day Adventist Church

Bio:

Kelly works in young adult ministry, Praxis, at Loma Linda University Church as the intern pastor. She has a science/medicine background and after completing a master’s in biomedical science masters, she felt called to ministry and is currently completing her masters in pastoral ministry. Kelly recently married the love of her life, Logan, and enjoys cycling, good coffee, and time with friends and family.
