Ontario Conference Camp Meeting 2025

Teach It, Preach It, Live It!

More Than Just Church

There’s nothing like Camp Meeting! From powerful worship to late-night laughter, meaningful friendships to unforgettable faith moments! Experience the joy of growing together with young people from across Ontario on May 30th and 31st, 2025.

Teens Speaker

Pastor Ralph Magsalin is the lead pastor at Red Willow Community Seventh-day Adventist Church in Alberta. A graduate of Burman University with a degree in Theology, Ralph’s journey into ministry began unexpectedly, rooted not in perfection but in personal struggle. As a teenager living a double life, he wrestled with depression, doubt, and identity until a single encounter with God changed everything.

Known for his authenticity, energy, and deep compassion for youth and young adults, Pastor Ralph is passionate about helping the next generation see that God isn’t afraid of their questions or their mess. Through his story and ministry, he reminds us that Jesus doesn't call the qualified—He qualifies the called.

Young Adult Speaker

Pastor Tricia Wynn Payne is a sought-after international speaker, preacher, author, and coach who has enjoyed sharing life-transforming messages of encouragement, empowerment, and hope for over 25 years. Inspired by overcoming life-threatening complications after undergoing a minor outpatient procedure, she seeks to empower individuals to take the limits off and live to their purposed potential. Tricia serves as the Women’s Ministries Director of the Lake Region Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and as Associate Pastor of the Detroit City Temple Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Compassion Outreach Project

From 3pm to 5pm, we’ll be putting love into action from packing care kits to community service initiatives; there’s something for everyone to join. Come be the hands and feet of Jesus; no experience is needed, just a willing heart! Everyone is welcome!

  • Blessings in the Park involves activities to serve the community and share their faith in public parks and green spaces. Participants will sing uplifting songs in public, distribute Glow Tracts, and give small gifts to brighten days. Care packs with essential items will be prepared for those in need, prayers will be offered to connect spiritually and Free Intelligent Conversation will be had to engage in conversations about faith, life, and community concerns, fostering connections and positively impacting the community.

  • A Hospital and Nursing Home Visits project will provide young people with the opportunity to engage with and support their community's elderly and ill members. Participants will lift spirits through companionship, conversations, and shared activities, such as reading or playing games, bringing joy to residents but also fostering empathy and compassion among our community!

  • We’ll be heading to GO Stations near the International Centre, focusing on three key initiatives: Offering Prayers, facilitating Free Intelligent Conversations, and engaging in Literature Evangelism. Participants will set up stations where individuals can receive prayer support and guidance, engage in meaningful dialogues on various topics, and explore literature that promotes spiritual growth and understanding.

  • Let’s express gratitude to essential workers and those in the service industry by creating heartfelt thank you cards, acknowledging the dedication and sacrifices of these individuals, especially during challenging times. Supplies including cardstock, markers, and decorative materials will be provided to facilitate creativity. The cards will be distributed to local hospitals, fire departments, grocery stores, restaurants and other establishments, ensuring that our appreciation reaches those who serve us daily.

  • The prayer tent is open for young people to visit at any time throughout the day. Whether you seek a moment of solitude or wish to pray with others, the space is welcoming and available to all. Come as you are and find peace, support, and connection in your prayers.
