The Thrive Together Young Adult Retreat kicked off on December 5, 2025, just as a brutal Ontario snowstorm decided to flex. Fair Havens Conference Centre in Beaverton, a sprawling lakeside spot that's equal parts rustic charm and Bible-camp nostalgia, was blanketed in white, the kind of snow that crunches underfoot and turns everything into a postcard from Narnia.

This month, we’re excited to sit down with Tiffany Mars, the dynamic co-chair for the Teens Ministry in the Ontario Conference. Known for her passion, energy, and heart for young people, Tiffany has been helping shape spaces where teens can grow in faith, leadership, and confidence.

While there are lots of reasons to be excited to reach the end of another year (ex. exams finally being over, getting to hang out with loved ones, upcoming family dinners, etc.), remember that this season is a perfect opportunity to reflect Christ’s love by giving back to those in need.
