Though I felt insecure, the encouragement I received from my friends meant everything. They supported me before, and afterward sent me messages that lifted my spirit.

For the afternoon, we were split up into several groups. One group took care packages to be distributed to unhoused people. Several groups went out to connect with those who were out and about through offering cards, glow sticks, and/or prayer.
