Free event? Count us in! What better way to close out January than gathering with fellow leaders and friends with a common goal: empowering the next generation to serve. Saints travelled from near and far, braving the cold to unite for this special occasion.

The Refresh Youth Leaders Summit in the GTA was filled with great food, laughter, and late‑night conversations that sparked ideas for the future. The atmosphere blended warmth with encouragement, creating a space where leaders felt both inspired and challenged to take meaningful steps forward.

The Thrive Together Young Adult Retreat kicked off on December 5, 2025, just as a brutal Ontario snowstorm decided to flex. Fair Havens Conference Centre in Beaverton, a sprawling lakeside spot that's equal parts rustic charm and Bible-camp nostalgia, was blanketed in white, the kind of snow that crunches underfoot and turns everything into a postcard from Narnia.

This month, we’re excited to sit down with Tiffany Mars, the dynamic co-chair for the Teens Ministry in the Ontario Conference. Known for her passion, energy, and heart for young people, Tiffany has been helping shape spaces where teens can grow in faith, leadership, and confidence.

While there are lots of reasons to be excited to reach the end of another year (ex. exams finally being over, getting to hang out with loved ones, upcoming family dinners, etc.), remember that this season is a perfect opportunity to reflect Christ’s love by giving back to those in need.

Be encouraged that, in a generation searching for meaning, your ministry continues to point young hearts to the true Hope of the world. Thank you for your dedication, your sacrifice, and your steadfast support of Ontario Conference Youth Ministries throughout this year.

By the time you walked into the North London Seventh-day Adventist Church on November 29, it was obvious this wasn’t going to be a polite, sit-still kind of youth rally. There was an energy in the room—eclectic, unfiltered, contagious.

Praise Hymn is a unique space where anyone in the region—and beyond—can step forward to share their gifts. From singing and poetry to testimony and even rap, the program opened the floor to creativity rooted in worship. This year’s gathering was filled with love and gratitude, each performance pointing hearts back to God.

We were all thankful that the Lord held back the forecasted snowstorm so that the saints can safely gather on this special youth rally. The Holland Landing SDA congregation spent an insightful hour of Sabbath School and the youth shone throughout the Divine Service.

For the past five years, Hamilton Mountain has served as the "adoptive home" for these students, funding their ministry and giving them a space to crash. But this Sabbath, Nov. 22, feels different.

For dozens of young adults who traveled from across Canada, including several past and present young adult members of the Ontario Conference, the weekend of Nov. 14–16, 2025 unfolded as something more than a getaway.

The AYO Teens Ministry recently hosted a vibrant and joy-filled evening that brought teens together for fellowship, fun, and faith. Youth from four different churches gathered under one roof, transforming an ordinary Saturday night into an unforgettable experience marked by connection, laughter, and spiritual reflection.
